of Liability. The Buyer expressly guarantees upon purchase that: the
Buyer has read ALL of the terms and conditions of the following
Disclaimer of Liability AND the Buyer understands and accepts ALL of the
terms and conditions of the Disclaimer of Liability.

The Seller as listed by the terms and conditions in the Disclaimer of
Liability is the party of Bigfoot. The Buyer as listed by the terms and
conditions of the Disclaimer of Liability is any purchaser of any product
from the aforementioned Seller, Bigfoot.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY:
The products offered are intended for non-human and non-animal
laboratory/ hobbyist research use only. In purchasing any of these
items, the Buyer acknowledges that there are risks involved with
consumption or distribution of these products. These chemicals are NOT
intended to use as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals
or other inappropriate applications. The listing of a material by the
Seller does not constitute a license to its use in infringement of any
patent. The Buyer expressly guarantees that all of the products will be
handled only by qualified and properly trained professionals. The Buyer
guarantees upon reading of this disclaimer and thereafter purchasing,
that any products sold by the Seller to the Buyer will ONLY be used by
qualified and properly trained professionals.

All Buyers represent and warrant that through their own review and study
that they are fully aware and knowledgeable about the following:

1. Government regulations regarding the use of and exposure to all
products.

2. The health and safety hazards associated with the handling of the
products they purchase.

3. The necessity of adequately warning of the health and safety hazards
associated with any products.

The Seller reserves the right to limit and/or deny sales of products to
any unqualified individuals. All Buyers MUST be at least 18 years of age
to purchase our products. The Seller requires the Buyer to guarantee that
the Buyer is at least 18 years of age. The Seller expressly denies any
and all liability or legal responsibility for any transactions that occur
beyond the original conveyance to the Buyer by the Seller. The Seller is
not
responsible for any transactions conducted by the Buyer after said
purchase of products from the Seller.

IN NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL THE SELLER BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BUYERS'S CLAIM IS IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE,
STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. IN DIRECT CONSIDERATION OF APPROVING THE
SALE OF ANY PRODUCT TO THE BUYER, THE BUYER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD
US HARMLESS FROM ALL CLAIMS, EXPENSES, LOSSES AND LIABILITY OF ANY TYPE
ARISING OUT OF THE BUYER'S HANDLING, POSSESSION, AND/OR USE OF THE
PRODUCT, WHETHER USED ALONE OR IN COMBINATION WITH ANY SUBSTANCE. ANY
SALE WOULD BE DENIED OTHERWISE.

PRODUCT USE:
These products are intended for laboratory/hobbyist research purposes
ONLY and unless otherwise stated are not to be used for any other
purposes, including but not limited to food and/or drugs, medical
devices, vitro diagnostic purpose, or cosmetics for humans or animals,
any form of human or animal testing, or for commercial purposes. The
Seller does not guarantee any level of purity, sterilization or quality
of the products, and expressly disclaims any claim thereupon. The Buyer
agrees that the products have not been sterilized or tested by US for
safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, commercial
or any other use. The Buyer indemnifies the Seller for any claim or
liability arising out of the purity, processing or sterilization of any
products sold by the seller.

The Buyer expressly represents and warrants to Bigfoot that the Buyer
will properly test, use, manufacture and market any products purchased
from Bigfoot and/or materials produced with products purchased from
Bigfoot in accordance with the practices of a reliable, reasonable person
who is experienced in the field and in strict compliance with all
applicable laws and regulations, now and hereinafter enacted. The Buyer
further warrants that any material produced with any product shall not be
adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug,
and Cosmetic Act and shall not be materials which may not, under Sections
404, 505, or 512 of the Act, be introduced into interstate commerce.

The Buyer realizes that, since Bigfoot's products are, unless otherwise
stated, intended solely for research purposes, they may not be on the
Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory listing. The Buyer
assumes ALL LEGAL responsibility to assure that the products purchased
from Bigfoot are approved for use under TSCA, if applicable.

Buyer has the responsibility to verify the hazards and to conduct any
further research necessary to learn the hazards involved in using
products purchased from Bigfoot Inc. Buyer agrees to comply with
instructions, if any, furnished by Bigfoot relating to the use of the
products and not misuse the products in any manner. Any use or
application of the products outside the legal scope and outside the
instructions provided and outside the legal research process will not
create nor arise any claim or action against Bigfoot.No products
purchased from Bigfoot shall, unless otherwise stated, be considered to
be foods, drugs, medical devices or cosmetics.

ALL products and services offered are for RESEARCH purposes ONLY and are
NOT TO BE INGESTED in any method (orally, injection, sublingually, and
any other form or fashion of introduction into a human or animal body).
Under NO circumstances shall/ should ANY of these materials be used for
recreational purposes nor human consumption by the Buyer and/or any other
parties. Bigfoot is NOT liable for ANY damages that may be caused by
negligence, abuse, or ANY other unforeseen matter that may arise from an
improper use or application of any products sold by Bigfoot.
